It used to be the luxurious Berkeley Court hotel on Lansdowne Road in Ballsbridge. It was knocked down in 2018 and converted to luxury apartments. The three-bedroom penthouse apartment was sold in December for €6.5 million, believed to be highest price ever paid for such property in Ireland.

It is a long time since we used this stamp. The cost of postage has increased twice in the last year, going from €1.10 to €2.50 for delivery in Ireland from 1 March. Delivery for overseas mail will rise from €2.00 to €2.20
