The aim is to teach people Irish ceilidh dancing while having fun and burning calories. It is suitable for all ages, genders and fitness levels.

Ceilidh dancing will burn calories, boost energy, improve circulation and tone muscles. Dancing can easily burn as many calories as other exercises like jogging or aerobics.

Nature of event: Exercise Irish Style

Where: The Celtic Club, 316-320 Queen St Melbourne Vic 3000 upstairs in the restaurant.

When: Classes every Thursday, 6.30pm – 7.30pm (you will need water and comfortable exercise wear.)
